The only difference in the black and brown cake is the addition of burnt sugar. This single ingredient changes the brown cake to black. All of the other ingredients are the same in both of our cakes.

The miniatures are single serve

Our (2) 10-ounce Loaves serve approximately 8 people

The 1 LB 8 ounce serves 8-10 people

The 2 LB serves 10-14 people

The 3 LB serves 16-24 people

Please note that are cakes are quite dense and as a result the slices should be relatively thin – not the size of say a pound cake.

Our 16” x 16” x 2” Sheet cake cut in 2”x2” squares serve 64

Once an order is placed our cakes are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days Expedited service is also available for an additional shipping cost. Our cakes are usually shipped via USPS Priority mail. Request can be made for UPS, if desired.

We do offer the 2 LB and 3 LB Black Cake with nuts.

All of our Black Cakes are available Gluten Free

Our cakes are not labeled organic, however we use only real butter, fresh eggs, sugar, flour and essences and spices in our cakes. We never use lard, margarine, artificial ingredients or fillers in our cakes.

All decorated cakes must be special ordered and are only available if ordered at least 3 weeks in advance.

We offer “Naked” wedding cakes which are sold by the tier and usually decorated with cascading flowers.
